Holiday Sip & Shop Vendor Application

Holiday Sip & Shop at Fostoria Learning Center Saturday, December 7, 2024 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Booths remaining are single and double hallway booths along with classrooms please put classroom or hallway.
  • This is a request:Each type of artist and product line has a limited number of spaces. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we do not guarantee placement. MUST PROVIDE OWN TABLE. If you need more space, please reserve a double booth. The 10×10 spaces are limited and all hallway booths at 8′ frontage by 4′ depth. ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE OWN TABLES.
  • Booth space with Electric has limited availability and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Booth with electricity are $5 additional. Electric is one, 110 outlet.

  • Booth Rental Fees: Payments are due with the application by November 27, 2024. Any payment received or application received after this date will not be accepted. All fees are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued in the event of inclement weather or cancellation. In the event of cancellation due to weather, event organizers will make a valid attempt to reschedule. Parking: Vendors should unload their vehicles and then park their car in the back parking lot on the East side of the building. Please leave the parking spaces closest to the main entrance for the Sip & Shop attendees. Photo Release: Vendors may appear in pictures taken for publication. Set Up/Clean Up: All vendor booths must be set up no later than 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 7. Set up times for vendors are as follows: Friday, December 6th noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday, December 7th from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Your booth must be manned at all times during show hours and all vendors are expected to stay until the end of the event on Saturday at 8 p.m. All booths and vendors may pack up and move out of the building Saturday December 7th. All completed applications and payments (made payable to the Fostoria Chamber of Commerce) must be received by November 27. This form once completed will be submitted via our website. Please then follow the payment link to pay with a Credit or Debit card.
